I decided to keep my VHS style throughout for my first finished skate movie. I think that it works quite well with the footage that I got. I didn't add music in the end as I felt it was more in the style of retro VHS to have the original audio. As this is the first film type thing I have made I think that it could be better but I quite like it anyway.
This is my first attempt at using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018. I took one of the videos taken from my shoot day and edited it down so it only shows the part when JW is skating. I then wanted to make the video have this retro VHS look to it. I thought that with the movement of the camera and how close in it is, due to using a 50mm lens, it would have a good overall look to it. It would be easy to make it look good with the added effects. I want to later experiment with adding audio over the films but at the moment I like the audio of skating.
